Product detailed description

Jhow to use soapnuts?
- soapnuts create a soapy lather as soon as they come in contact with water. Fill one of the three included small bags with 4 to 6 half shells and tie well (the harder the water, the more shells you use). Place the bag directly into the washing machine between the clothes. You can set up your washing machine with or without a prewasher. High washing temperatures will soften the nuts more than low temperatures. Therefore, at low temperatures, the nuts can be used more than once in a row.
- After the wash is finished, remove the bag with the nuts and remove the residue. Dry the bag with the laundry and use it for the next wash. Leftover nuts can be disposed of as biowaste or used in the compost.
- What can you wash? Coloured linen 30° - 90°C, wool and silk.
Tips and Recommendations. Terry towels will be pleasantly fluffy even without fabric softener. Soapnut is ideal for normally soiled laundry and protects colours when washing coloured laundry. For tough stains it is recommended to add a tablespoon of salt to the stain, or treat the stain with bile soap. Essential oils, such as lavender, can be added to the washing machine for a natural scent. If you are washing two washers at low temperatures (30°-60°C) in a row, you can also use the same packets of soap nut the second time.
